01Repairs and fault finding

Charged for the time and materials it actually takes, which the trade calls Do & Charge. We cannot honestly price a fault we have not seen yet. You get our rate before we come out, we tell you what we have found before we fix it, and if it turns into a bigger job than expected you hear it from us first, not from the invoice.

02Quoted work

Where the scope can be worked out beforehand, we quote it. Switchboard upgrades, LED changeovers, fans, extra power points, renovations, new builds and larger installs. You get a written number to approve before anything starts, and the invoice matches it.

03Either way

You know our rate before we drive out. Nothing extra gets done without you saying yes to it first. We explain the fault in plain English rather than trade shorthand.
